Daily laboratory operation
- Samples registration
- Media preparation
- Updating and maintaining necessary records of the lab, and etc. to fulfill and comply to SAMM/MS ISO/IEC 17025
Effective Implementation and maintenance of SAMM/MS ISO/IEC 17025
- To ensure information from the client is kept as strictly confidential and never reveal to the third party
- To commit to impartiality, ensuring compliance to the testing QA/QC procedures
- To ensure all analytical equipment, apparatus, etc. are to be appropriately maintain and calibrate as per the required schedule
- Handling customer complaint and non-conforming work
- Good housekeeping and ensure good laboratory practice in the laboratory, etc..
Inventory Management
- Keep track and order to replenish stock for all the consumables for instance, dehydrate culture media, petri dishes and etc..
Timely Reporting
- Perform laboratory analysis and verify validity of results in accordance with Standard Methods
- To maintain a high degree of technical expertise in line with the company’s quality policy
- To report within timeline set, to check and signing testing report and etc..
Test Method Related
- To update current testing method and working instruction where applicable
Requirements
Educational
- Degree or
- Master
Field of Study
- Biotechnology/ Biology/ Microbiology/ Food Technology/ Chemical/ any related field or equivalent discipline
Skills
- Able to perform all laboratory activities/ functions in accordance with requirements specified in ISO 17025.
Experience
- Fresh graduated is sufficient/ Minimum 1 year working experience in Laboratory.
